Training Levels

  • Level One: those not exercising regularly, adults over age 60, and children 14 and under
  • Level Two: Adults who have been exercising, but not with a trainer or with high intensity workouts, and adult age 30-60
  • Level Three: Physically fit persons at any age, who are distance runners, bodybuilders, weight training
  • Level Four: Advanced phycially fit individuals ages 17- 45 with experience in high levels of training
